Altar of Perversion – Intra Naos (Review)

Altar of PerversionAltar of Perversion are an Italian black metal band and this is their second album.

Sometimes I enjoy the challenge of getting to grips with something that’s absolutely immense in length and content. Intra Naos is exactly one such release. At 114 minutes in duration, it’s an ambitious release, and a potentially daunting proposition for even the hardened black metal fan. Blissful Stream – Dead Religious (Review)

Blissful StreamBlissful Stream is a Swedish one man doom metal band and this is his latest EP.

Clawing – Spectral Estate (Review)

ClawingThis is the debut album from US drone/noise band Clawing.

This is a harrowing, uncomfortable trip into dark ambient, drone, noise, and doom waters. Apparently this is a concept album about night terrors, child abuse, and haunted houses. No, this is not a light and friendly listen. Continue reading “Clawing – Spectral Estate (Review)”
