Cabal/Viscera/Vexed/Lifesick – Rebellion, Manchester – 16/01/24 (Live Review)

Cabal Viscera Vexed Lifesick - Rebellion, Manchester - 16.01.24 (Live Review)

Here’s a tasty show that I knew I wanted to catch. Both Viscera and Cabal are extremely well-regarded at Wonderbox Metal, so this was one for me to not miss. It was, however, one of the less well-attended gigs I’ve been to in a while. A shame, but it’s other people’s loss, as this was a damn good night out. Cabal – Magno Interitus (Review)

Cabal - Magno InteritusThis is the third album from Danish blackened deathcore band Cabal.

I hope you enjoy the below recommendations of mine and find something new to obsess over. Let me know how you get on.

Let’s dig in… Continue reading “Wonderbox Metal End of Year List – Best Metal of 2020”

Cabal – Drag Me Down (Review)

Cabal - Drag Me DownCabal are a deathcore band from Denmark and this is their second album.

Cabal play brutal deathcore, but not without personality. Imagine a band like Thy Art Is Murder, only darker, more vicious in nature, and blackened; this will give you a rough idea of what we’re dealing with here. Continue reading “Cabal – Drag Me Down (Review)”
