Hundred Year Old Man have outdone themselves with their colossal new work Sleep in Light. It’s a post-metal doom monster, filled with dark soundscapes and crushing weight. It offers a long, but highly rewarding journey.
The return of White Ward has been highly anticipated, and False Light has not disappointed. If jazz-filled post-black metal floats your boat, then this will ensure that yours remains buoyant for a long time to come.
This Sceptred Veil is a progressive stoner doom rock exemplar. Sergeant Thunderhoof know how to write songs that are both catchy and packed with emotion. This highly accomplished album is a real winner for the style.
